What Are You Doing New Years Eve?

So, what are you doing New Years eve?

It's the last day of 2011!

For 2012

.. the plan is to ..

SAVE MORE MONEY!

This is not for the wedding exactly, but more of after the wedding? So,
1. Buy a house. I want my own L-shaped sofa.
2. Travel the world with husband.
3. Set up a business. By hook or crook.
4. Continue study. Husband as well.
5. A baby?

Oh well, I think we should focus one by one right? So, buying a house would be my utmost priority. We've been looking around but still not within what we want and the landed property in Klang Valley now are so expensive. I think I will be berhutang with the bank maybe sampai mati kot. I guess I should be more realistic and look for something that is within our budget.

Bestkan ada rumah sendiri? I love this but minus the patung Buddha please.

That's my main plan though for next year since it's going to be a whole new life altogether as I'm going to be a wife in less than 10 months. A wife man, A WIFEEE! It sounds creepy but I find it endearing to my heart when thinking of it.

So, can I do this?

Insya Allah. Amin Ya Rabbal Alamin.

To be continued...

Style Icon 3 - Elie Saab Fall Winter 2011-2012

I just love Elie Saab's Haute Couture collection for Fall Winter 2011-2012.

Jatuh cinta dengan semuanya.

He's a wizardy-magician transforming everything into fairy tales.
Typically of Mr. Saab, as expected that his dresses are always exquisitely breathtaking. A trademark. Heavy laces and chiffon with sequins and pearls in nude and dusty colours which are classy enough to wear for red carpet events and weddings for the brides.

 I'm already thinking of mine.

Book Club -ish

Due to the fact that sometimes my life can be quite stagnant, I've decided to form/join in a book club together with a good friend and colleague. We love books for sure (sometimes wish that books in Malaysia are cheap, but it's soooo not!) and we despise the idea of using kindle or ipad as e-book. What? Buku boleh tekan-tekan ke? No way! Book is book. The smell of it, the smooth silky cover and the illustration of it.. aahh, satisfaction.

Anyhow, we decided to embark ourselves to a journey of reading a book (fiction or non fiction) AT LEAST once a month. Sadly, I only managed to finished only a book for the whole of 2011. What the hell has happened to me? When I was in UK, I bought more books than clothes and I managed to read at  90% of the books that I bought. (Imagine 4 kotak penuh dengan buku, baju 2 kotak je).

So, we, in this book club-ish ('ish' dulu, takot tak jadi LOL) will meet outside of work and discuss the book based on the criteria that we set.

Our first journey will be..

Written by Tash Aw, a Malaysian but was born in Taipei. He wrote this novel in London after he graduated from his Law degree from Cambridge and Warwick.

I can't wait to start! ;)
